Schuyler Lillian Perry, New York City native, is an international cello soloist, and chamber musician. She holds degrees in performance and pedagogy from the Juilliard School of Music, the Cleveland Institute of Music, and the Royal Irish Academy of Music. She is currently studying under the tutelage of William Butt, and has previously studied with Dr. Darrett Adkins, Dr. Melissa Kraut, and Mr. Hans Jensen. Ms. Perry has performed as a soloist and chamber musician throughout the United States, Ireland, the United Kingdom and the Czech Republic. She has performed in masterclasses for many renowned musicians, including Itzhak Perlman, Peter Wiley, Richard Harwood, Yo-Yo Ma, Zuill Bailey, Daniel Rowland and Joel Krosnick. Ms. Perry was recently awarded the first prize in the string solo division of the Maura Dowdall Solo Competition, and completed a chamber music tour with her piano trio, The Dublin Trio. Ms. Perry has held faculty solo and chamber music teaching positions throughout the United States, and Europe. She is currently teaching in Denver, Colorado, in addition to teaching virtually for the Ameropa Festival in Prague, and privately at the Royal Academy of Music.
